Quality Commitment

Spring System Integration is committed to complying with the latest in industry standards

Customer Focus - Our customers are the reason we exist. We aim to meet or exceed their needs and expectations to make them successful. We will even try to anticipate their needs and introduce solutions they’ve not seen before in the spirit of true partnership. Our success depends upon our customers’ success.

Process Approach - To deliver on our commitment to customer focus we constantly work on our internal processes to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency. We constantly challenge ourselves to refine and change how we do things.

Risk-Based Thinking - Looking ahead to anticipate what could happen is the reason we employ risk-based thinking throughout our organization. At several points in our process we purposely stop and ask two probing questions: (1) “What could go wrong?” and (2) “Is there a way to improve?” This perspective of constantly watching for risks and opportunities leads us to action which we carefully manage to ensure timely implementation and effective results.

ROHS Compliance

RoHS2 (Directive 2011/65/EU) became European Law on July 21, 2011 and went into effect January 2, 2013. It is an updated version of the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, formerly known as RoHS1 (2002/95/EC). Although RoHS2 does not initially introduce any new substance restrictions, it does allow for a wider range of equipment to fall within its scope. Since 2006 when the initial RoHS Directive became law。

Spring System Integration has focused on being able to provide our worldwide clients with the compliant products they need and desire. Today, our focus is to be able to provide you with RoHS2 compliant products and by working closely with our raw materials supply chain partners, we are dedicated to that end.

Conflict Materials

In recent years, there has been increased awareness of an extremely violent conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”) and surrounding countries (together with the DRC, the “Covered Countries”), which has been partially financed by the exploitation and trade of cassiterite, columbitetantalite, gold, wolframite and three specified derivatives — tin, tantalum, and tungsten (“Conflict Minerals”), by armed groups in the Covered Countries. As a result, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) adopted final rules to implement reporting and disclosure requirements for publicly traded companies related to “conflict minerals,” as directed by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. The rules require manufacturers who file certain reports with the SEC to disclose whether the products they manufacture or contract to manufacture contain “conflict minerals” that are “necessary to the functionality or production” of those products.

Spring System Integration is committed to the ethical sourcing of minerals used in our products. We are assessing whether our products contain Conflict Minerals from the Covered Countries. Our goal is to refrain from purchasing Conflict Minerals from the Covered Countries for our products.
