Laser Cutting

Our 1500Watt Laser fiber cutting machine are capable of curring various material types, such as carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel. These machines can accept sheets up to 60"X144" Laser cutting offers a tool-less option to cut blanks with virtually no sep up time.

CNC cutting

Our CNC punch machine are great for blanking out metal parts and where special forming such as dimples, louvers, lances and more are needed. Our turrets accept up to 50"X144" sheets and hold 34 turret tools per machine.

Bending

Blanks cut on the laser and CNC punch equipment are then bent and begin to tape shape with our press brakes. Our Press Brakes utilize quick set up tooling for fast and efficient set-ups. Our Press brakes have up to 8 axis forming capabilities which allows for much less handling on your more complex parts. With our many CNC press brake machines we are capable of handling parts of all shapes and sizes from the very small, less than 0.25" up to 146" long.

Welding

We perform mig, tig, arc, and even resistance spot welding for carbon, aluminum and stainless steel.

Painting

We have the ability to powder coat all different types of materials some of which are: carbon steel, aluminum and galvanized steel. We offer many in stock colors and textures to support quick lead-times. Our powder paint line handles parts up to 40inches wide, 120inches long and 72 inches tall.

We have assembly and integration capabilities that will allow us to help you to take your product to the next level. We are here to help in any way possible, from the very small project such as mounting hinges on your enclosures to the large project where we fully integrate your enclosures for you.
